The SE Object Manager is an Advanced Object Manager for working with Objects used in your "The Sims™" game. It is capable of working with both *.iff objects and *.far embedded objects. New - Now includes additional support for working with and saving Read Only files.

Just a few of the features include:
- Categorizing Sort Areas (Neighborhood, Downtown, and Vacation) for both *.iff and *.far Objects.
- Duplicate ID check for all game Objects (Includes objects that are in far files).
- Keep Buying Option. (Hot Date and Vacation feature to continue placing the same object without needing to grab it again from the object display, for instance awnings)
- Editing name, description. and price of objects.
- File management with several features including two auto sort options.
-- One: Automatically sort objects to folders based on Function and Sub-Function.
-- Two: Automatically sort objects directly to far files based on function.

If you are using Windows XP and the Vacation Expansion the ability to work with far objects directly will be of interest since the game loads data from far files faster than iff files usually and it can speed up game load time if you have your objects in far files.

The SE NPC MakeOver Kit is as the name suggests for making changes to NPC characters in the game. This includes changing skins, gender, age, name, etc. Additionally it can be used to extract any skins used by NPC characters. This is the perfect companion to SimEnhancer 3D since the combination of both programs gives you greater flexibility. (I.E. You can extract out NPC skins and then use the CMX Builder and Import Skin Texture features in SimEnhancer 3D to make them available to both programs)

Please note that this program only applies to true NPC characters such as the Firefighter, Maid, Chefs, Clerks, etc. that are never available as playable characters. Townies, Tourists, etc. are often referred to as NPC characters (NPC = Non Playable Character) however they can in fact be played once they are moved into a family. SimEnhancer 3D above can be used for Townies, Tourists, etc. which have many more options available to change.

Checks CMX files for the correct internal names and for valid SKN pointers and suggests corrections. Note: A basic knowledge of CMX internal file structures may be required to correct some problems found with missing SKN files. Note: This program only checks the CMX portion of game skins. SimEnhancer 3D above has a more advanced skin validation system that checks all portions of the skin files to be sure they are valid.

Identifies Character CMX and SKN files that have duplicate named files elsewhere. (Including Far files) Note: This program does not include paths for some of the later released game expansions and does not check for duplicate textures (*.bmp files). If you wish to locate duplicate textures or if you have Deluxe, Unleashed, or Superstar then you will need to use the Skin Duplicates Check in SimEnhancer 3D above.
